Colligo Networks is the leading provider of email management solutions for Microsoft SharePoint. Based on beautiful Granville Island, we are currently seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer, SharePoint Solutions, to bring intelligence, personality, engineering experience and drive to this exciting new role.

What You'll Do

As our Pre-Sales Engineer, SharePoint Solutions, you'll be responsible for enabling the success of enterprise and B2B prospect during the product evaluation phase of the sales cycle. As a member of our growing sales support team, your responsibilities will include:

Directly interacting with prospects, customers and partners to demonstrate the value of Colligo's solutions
Developing and maintaining "use case"-specific artifacts including screencasts, knowledge articles and sandboxes
Maintaining accurate customer and pipeline information in the CRM
Providing metrics and analytics on your activities to your sales team and management
Providing ongoing feedback to product management based on prospect/customer interaction, product issues and market trends
Pursuing professional and personal development to broaden your knowledge of the industries, technologies, and markets that Colligo plays in
Adhering to and continuously refining a solid selling methodology

Who You Are

Above all, you're very comfortable with technical demonstrations, from creating and maintaining to presenting. In fact, demo'ing our product is part of the interview process, so we suggest you brush up on the free version now (hint, hint). In addition, you bring:

Minimum of two years in a customer-facing role, providing sales, customer support, or training in a high tech environment
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint , client-based applications and collaborative environment concepts
Technical experience with Microsoft SharePoint Server, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Office and the .NET Framework
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Degree in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent experience

Nice to Have

Experience with virtualization software such as Citrix and SCCM for deployment
